Korean-Style Flower Cake and French Canelé

Korean-style flower cake making with delicate, realistic buttercream/white bean paste blooms that taste as beautiful as they look. Every cake is a blend of soft elegance, delicate flavour, and heartfelt craftsmanship - made to make your moments extra special.​

A canelé is a small French pastry containing a mix of vanilla, rum, egg, butter, sugar, and flour.A small treat with a deeply caramelized shell and a soft, custard-like interior. We only use copper molds to achieve a perfect outcome. 

Our Story and Passion

GURSUE provides a professional bakery for handcrafted Korean-style flower cakes and French pastry - Canelé.

Gloria Mak is the founder and chef of GURSUE. She has 10+ years in bakery industry and holds a First-Level Certificate in Bean Paste Flower Making. She also holds Instructor Certification from the Global Flower Design Association - bringing a high level of expertise and artistic finesse to each creation. She has passion for baking and have creativity for cake decoration.
