Terms & Conditions - The Basics
How to order:
Whatsapp/Facebook messenger/Instagram inbox only. We are glad to discuss your order. Price is based on the size and the cake details. Once confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due 2 days on or before collection. However, we also welcome full payment if you don't want to split into two payments.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by bank transfer to our nominated bank account (details will be provided).
Bank transfer only.
Cheques cannot be used as a payment method. If full payment is not cleared and received in our account before cake collection/delivery, the order will not be released.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your order within 5 days of booking, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. Please make your cancellation in writing.
Allergens:
All the cakes contain egg, milk, sugar, wheat, butter, or olive oil.
Some cakes will contain nuts.
For vegetarians, some cakes will contain gelatine. Please let us know if you are vegetarian, and we will recommend cakes without gelatine.
Please do let us know if you have any allergies.
Please be aware that although ingredients such as nuts can be removed from the cakes, we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are 100% free of nut traces due to the manufacturing process used for some ingredients.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure allergen information is passed on to those consuming the cake.
Delivery fee and conditions:
Any delivery requested needs to be discussed.
Alternatively, cakes can be collected free of charge from a selected area.
We cannot be held liable for any damage to the cake once it has been collected or delivered.
Late requests for delivery (after securing the booking based on collection) will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
